You were not specific in the slightest, so I was assuming you just couldn't see your crosshair at all, which is completely remedied by the laser sight. You turn at light speed with anything bar a heavy weapon, and you can set it so that the crosshair always appears in front of your character (directly in front of him/her) and while walking, you turn as fast as you can press the buttons. It's just a nonsensical way to add "challenge" but having iffy controls is not the way to go about it.įirstly, thank you for proving the point. Once you see your crosshair, you don't need a laser and there's much more useful strategems. Laser doesn't do jack because you need to know where your x-hair is before you start aiming so you can pop shots quickly while moving and only ADS when you have the x-hair in the right direction otherwise you turn slowly. If you're using K&M then when you move your mouse to the right, you're not necessarily aiming right if your mouse was at the bottom or top of your screen. You don't need a crosshair for console because your thumbstick is neutral when you don't touch it and you're aiming in the direction you move it when you do touch it. If you're stuggling, use the thing they put in the game specifically for that reason. It's a console game ported to PC, there wasn't a crosshair to begin with, that's the entire point of the laser sight. Being able to see your crosshair is pretty important. Why won't they change it? That's so damn stupid.
